AS AUTHORZED BY THE CALIFORNIA SELF-SERVICE STORAGE FACILITY ACT, THE CONTENTS OF EACH VAULT STORED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A CLAIM OF LIEN IN FAVOR OF THE COMPANY FOR UNPAID RENT AND OTHER CHARGES AND EXPENSES AND MAY EVEN BE SOLD BY THE COMPANY TO SATISFY THE LIEN IF THE RENT OR OTHER CHARGES DUE REMAIN UNPAID FOR 14 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.YES
